Issue Description

We are pleased to see the inclusion of articles that critically examine the influence of Western epistemologies on our understanding of concepts such as nationhood. This kind of intellectual inquiry is crucial as we strive to develop legal frameworks that are truly responsive to our local contexts while engaging with global norms.
The exploration of academic freedom, arbitration practices, and the interface between nutrition and the right to health demonstrates the journal's commitment to addressing multifaceted challenges that directly impact society's fabric and functioning in regards to social compliance. Moreover, the analysis of Nepal's aviation laws in relation to global standards highlights the ongoing efforts to harmonize national legislation with international norms.
In the wake of the global pandemic, the exploration of educational methodologies in Nepal's legal studies takes on particular urgency. This timely analysis of pedagogical approaches reflects the pressing need to adapt our educational frameworks to a rapidly evolving post-COVID world.
I commend the authors for their rigorous research and the editorial team for their dedication in bringing this issue to fruition. The KSLR continues to play a crucial role in fostering critical thinking and scholarly debates within the legal community.
It is my hope that the articles presented here will not only contribute to academic discourse but also inform policy decisions and legal practice. I invite our readers to engage deeply with these texts, and continue the important conversations they initiate.
